Frequently Asked Questions
How does transportation work?
Drop off at ICMLA by 11:30 AM on Saturday. We depart at 1:00 PM sharp. Transportation is provided by father chaperones and approved parent volunteers. Return pickup is also at ICMLA — exact time confirmed via the Retreat WhatsApp group.
What meals are included?
Saturday Lunch, Dinner & S'mores · Sunday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner · Monday Breakfast. Snacks. Note any allergies or dietary restrictions on the registration form.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Supervised cabins at Pyoca Camp, up to 7 boys per room. LevelUP mentors and father chaperones are present throughout — including overnight.
Can my son bring his phone?
Yes, but phones collected and given only during designated free time. Parents can reach organizers directly at any time and will receive updates through the Retreat WhatsApp group.
What if my son takes medication?
Include all medications on the registration form and inform the team at check-in. All medications must be clearly labeled in their original containers.
What time is pickup on Monday?
Pickup is at ICMLA. Exact return time will be shared through the Retreat WhatsApp group before the weekend.
Who can attend?
This is a required retreat for all LevelUP Mentorship boys in grades 7–9. A limited number of spots are open for Muslim boys outside the program. Register early — total capacity is 20.
