Junior Mentor & Curriculum Design

I'm a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati. Outside of school and work, I'm someone who loves staying active and trying new things. I enjoy playing volleyball and pickleball, working out, and spending time with friends and family. I also love activities that keep my mind busy, like pottery, puzzles, and LEGO builds.

I teach at IWS (Sunday School) at ICGC, which is something I really enjoy because I want to help spread Islam and make a positive impact on the younger generation. I love being involved in my community, learning new things, and finding ways to challenge myself both personally and professionally.

I am currently a first year Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati. I enjoy spending my free time reading, going on walks, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

As a way to enrich my knowledge of Islam and to understand my deen better, I'm a current hifz student and am enrolled in the Maryam Institute Quran Program. I'm excited to begin working with Mahabah this year and look forward to mentoring young girls in the community to help them stay grounded and grow in their faith, InshaAllah.

I am currently a third year at the University of Cincinnati, studying Biological Sciences with a minor in biomedical studies. I enjoy spending my free time reading, writing, and also resting.

Some things I do to help me dive deeper into my deen are take online courses through different institutes, go to lectures at my mosque, volunteer at my mosque, and also teach at Sunday School — because when teaching someone, it can significantly improve your own knowledge! I am excited to work with Mahabah this upcoming year, and to be able to mentor the girls in our community!
